Video - Overture to Miracle On 34th Street
« on: November 25, 2015, 07:07:29 PM »
As I said in an earlier thread http://nutcracker123.com/forum/index.php?topic=2101.0 for the first video of this year  --Thanks so much to everybody here for all of the help they have offered... after 2 years (2013 and 2014) of struggling with LSP and having to settle with boring animation RGB sequences, it is so nice to get back to having music as part of the display and that wouldn't have been possible without xLights.  Thank you so much to the developers for putting together an awesome piece of software!

I first sequenced this song back in 2007 and I just loved updating it with everything that is possible with RGB and xLights... of course, I still have some of my "old school" sequencing interests, which is why xLights is so awesome... I love being able to "grid it up" in parts and then hit the sequence with some amazing effects not achievable with the grid approach.

Enjoy, constructive criticism welcome of course!

On to song #3...

Wanted to add that it is incredibly windy here on the Atlantic coast of Florida today... and I used the audio from inside my truck instead of patching in audio...  I think the wind also almost knocked my phone out of my hands a couple of times while recording the video    ;)
