What to bring:
1) Laptop computer. Install zoom software. www.zoom.us. This works on Linux, MAC, windows, iphones, ipads. There are supposed to be outlets on each table so you should not need extension cables.
2) Install latest xLights software, 2016.19. http://nutcracker123.com/nutcracker/releases/
3) Optional: for seminar attendees: Bring a song you want help marking up music phrases
4) Optional: Bring an lms or sup file you might want to import
NOTE: I will start each day at 8am PST.
I will send an email to everyone with the zoom link for the webinar Friday, April 15th at 4pm PST.
TEST WEBINAR SESSION TO "kick the tires". I will start the webinar at 5pm PST on Friday.
The purpose of this webinar is to fix any technical issues you have with the webinar software (Screen resolutions, audio issues). We will NOT have time to diagnose zoom or hardware issues on Sat or Sun. If anything goes wrong and you cannot see the webinar , I will give a full refund to you the following week.
For Webinar participants: In a zoom webinar there are two types of users. Panelists, Viewers
Panelists can broadcast audio or video. Panelists can answer Q&A questions. Panelists can use chat.

RECORDINGS: Both days will be recorded. Raw video will be edited into 16 movies. Seminar and webinar attendees will be given the download link for free. If you did not attend the workshop you may still purchase themovies for $25 for a link to download then. The 16 movies will be around 15-30gbytes in total size. The editted video will be available in the May/June timeframe (My daughter is getting married June 1st so timeline is a little in flux).
