Title: Timing mark add crash

I was trying to add timing marks.  I created a label track in Audacity, then imported in XL4.  I did see the timing track, but it was empty, so for giggles I right clicked on this timing track and added the same thing, this crashed the program.  I know this probably won't happen much, but here is the info nonetheless.

The timing marks not showing up on that import is a bug I introduced a few days ago as part of some other enhancements.  It should be fixed in version 4.0.18 that was just released.  The double import problem might still be an issue.
