Title: Effect Disappearing
Post by: 11Bravo on April 10, 2015, 07:07:49 PM
When I drag an effect onto a new time slot, I loose an effect on the previous time slot.

Inspect your XML and look at the timing mark times.  Are there overlapping times?  Cause that's the only way I think that situation can happen.  You also should list which version you are running when you report an issue.

Ok I'll recheck timing marks.  I was using 4.14, then 4.18

If its still doing it I'd like to see the XML for the sequence.

be sure you are zoomed in enough. as you zoom out we stop drawing the icons.

I guess I misunderstood. I thought the the timing marks could merged with each other at the blue time line and all would be well. I thought recall seeing that in the video.
In my sequence some are merged and some aren't. The ones that I had to separate are the ones I had issue with.

Yes, you can join timing marks. I am just saying when you zoom out there is no space to draw the icons. We draw the timing marks but only draw the icons if they will fit. As you zoom in more and more icons will be shown.

yes I understand the zoom out and zoom in as you tell it. I also added to the other post as you were typing yours.
