Title: Moving Model Position In Sequence

How do I move the position of models in the sequence (up or down)? when i click on edit display elements, none of my models are listed to either delete, move up or move down.

Started a new sequence, this time my models are all listed and I can manipulate them, if I load the old one they are still missing, not sure what is the cause. So will just dump that one.
