Hmm..  I think the stack trace is wrong.  Wonder if the wrong map file is there.  The crashing thread has:

    Initializing starting effect for Post 4-5, layer 0 and startFrame 0
So I guess the question is what is on you "Post 4-5" model, particularly at the beginning.  Could you open the XMl file in a text editor and search for the "Post 4-5" information and see what the very first effect is there?

richard look at the row called "Post 4-5", what are the first effects in the first column?

the crash said it occured trying to initialize that effect on that model.

could you post your sequence xml and your xlights_rgbeffects.xml>?
