Title: Cannot Use Effect Presets

I'm getting multiple errors on trying to use the new effect presets dialog box.

First error:  I am clicking an effect to highlight it in the sequencing grid just like I would do for a copy/paste.  I then right click to bring up the option to open the effect presets dialog box.  Upon clicking new preset I get a wxWidgets Debug Alert window (attached).

Second error:  I am highlighting multiple layers/rows within the same model, right click and select effect presets.  Upon clicking add group xLights will crash and generate a debug report (attached).

Third error: Clicking on add to favorites pops up a window saying "ERROR You cant make a group of effects part of the favorites group."  I only have one effect highlighted in the sequencing grid.

Not sure if there are other errors since I can't actually save a preset yet.

Running 4.1.5 under OS X.

This must be a OS X only issue, as I'm able to use the presets just fine under Windows.  Maybe Dan will come to the rescue once again?

OK, chalk this one up to user error.  I've played around with the presets menu a bit more to familiarize myself with the workflow better.  I can save presets now.

The one issue I do see happening on the Mac at least is the presets window looses focus after clicking OK when naming a preset.  The sequencing grid comes to the foreground.  Right clicking on the grid and selecting effects preset does not bring the window to the front.
