Title: Effect Assist

Every time I open the Effect Assist, it freezes the entire program. I even tried loading it onto another computer, and it does the same thing there. Keeps freezing the program.

Finally got it to crash with a crash report

All that crash report says is that you clicked the Save Image button.   You said all you did was open the effect assist.  How exactly did you Open it?  Was there a particular effect you clicked on?  Did you do that through settings using Always On?  If so what effect was active?
