I have been doing all my xlights conversions from LOR and creating new effects on my laptop. Using quite a few pictures. I just realized that I may have a problem when I copy everything to my show computer.
I just moved a couple of xml sequence files along with my key, network and RGB xml files over to a new directory and had to select the jpg again for each picture I used in the sequence.
Will I have to do this for each one when I move them to the show computer or is there another way or the most likely did I do something wrong that made me have to re-select them all.
Thanks

If you create the same directory structure on computer #2 as you did on computer #1, there should be no issues. I know it's crazy... but some people with more than one computer put stuff in different folders on different computers. I think c:\images is a good place for images, likewise c:\audio is a good place for audio.
An advanced method if you're using windows would be to use the subst command. If you know what it is and you know how to use it, consider that your memory jogger. If you don't know how to use subst, this isn't the place or time to learn about it as it really can be confusing.

Thanks Steve. I was worried that I would have a lot of work ahead of me. Yes I do know how to use subst but haven't used it in years. I haven't thought about that in years. LOL Thanks again
