Title: Wiggle option is NOT working correctly in 4.2.15

As the title says the wiggle option in the Pictures effect is not working as it use to in 4.2.13. No back and forth movement, now just a full model mess. It looks just like the new option "tile left" and not like it was.

I have found, fixed the bug and committed the update ... it will be in the next release.

Wow, Keith what quick service. I should have also mentioned "Flag Wave" doesn't move the pixels on the 1st string for me. An easy fix for me was not to use the first string of the 12 string ribbon tree.

I think that is intentional. I broke the wiggle effect not the flag wave.

I can "see" that. It is "flag wave" so I guess you need a flag pole.
