How do I convert my old XML files to the new FSEQ format?

Just open them up in XL4 and they should convert to the new XML format and then when you Save it creates the FSEQ output file.  You normally open XML files but we do allow you to select FSEQ files to open but we really just go grab the XML anyways when you do that.
