I have a Mega tree that is 96 stings of R,G,B and W.
I am using 2 LOR controllers (32 channels)
At Christmas Expo I asked about how to "model" R-G-B-W A/C mega trees and Sean said create 4 models, one for each color and place them about 1 pixel off from each other so that all the colors will show.
I defined 4 models as Tree 360, Type of String Single color, 8 strings per tree. I needed to select Individual Start Channels, so I could assign them to the correct LOR channels that I was using.
The problem is when I save the models and look at them in the Layout tab, you can see the Start Channels on the left side of the attached image do not match the channels I defined in the models.
Did I find a bug?

That was brought up before. I thought Chris had fixed it but maybe it was just talked about and no issue was logged.

I talked to Steve G, he will file it for me.
Thanks

I was just looking at the code. I actually use Individual Start Channels also but I don't get this bug because I always type in the actual start channel before clicking the checkbox. That is a workaround if you want to eliminate the overlap errors. The one thing I'm not sure we will do in the code is to try to mark all the in between gaps as free if you use Individual Start Channels. We pretty much consider everything between the first channel used and last channel used as belonging to that model.
