My neighbor decided to purchase some pixels and I was going to sequenced his pixels with mine since we live side by side. Problem is I've got my layout done and I'd love to do some wipes, etc across the houses. Is there a way to widen the layout without screwing things up? Also, he's going to have his own Pi and controller. SO what is a good way to sequence everything, but just export his channels for his Pi??

Sorry but if you want any effects to chase across both houses then both houses need to be in the Layout. There isn't a way to divide the data when you create the files. You either need to sequence them as separate displays or you create files that include data for both displays and use different universes for each house.

Can I widen the layout screen or will that screw everything up? Also..I am using different universes...but the problem will be in the FPP when not all the controllers are present...

Your gonna need to experiment with the layout. There are fields to change the size and then you would need to load a different background image but odds are your current stuff might not line up exactly the same. You would need to drag it around.
The FPP is not a problem you just enable the universes you want it to output it doesn't care if the file contains data for other universes it will just ignore them.

If you both have a Pi you just use multisync with one Pi being the master and both Pis having all the sequences. A little more to that but check out the Falcon forum for multisync info.
