Title: Pixabulb bad pixel
Post by: soundman on November 24, 2015, 04:39:36 PM
So everything was fine for the first night of testing now it appears I have a bad pixel

I cut the data line before the last good pixel and also after it and jumpers the data line around the last good pixel since I have read the last good one is typically the bad one

This  resulted in the next pixel responding correctly and the rest of the strand turning to a random color and staying there.

Where do I go next?(http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/11/24/30218ac820814b928e7bf2cd27d10e9d.jpg)

Did you jump around both the last good pixel and the first pixel out at the same time?...I assume you powered down before cutting
