I've been sequencing lights for a few years now. I started with HLS and augmented with xLights as I added more RGB/pixel things. However, in EVERY sequence I've done, I've used something as a starting point. I'd either purchase a base (HolidaySequences.com is awesome) or used some sequences from others as a starting point.
My boys heard a "unique" song on the radio and wanted it added to the show. Since I'm 100% positive no one else would have this sequenced to use as a starting point, I had to do the whole thing. This was completely done in xLights other than using a pixel editor for some of the images.

I'm willing to share if anyone wants it. :-)

Great job Dave!
How did you get the graphics to be so good on the tree?
When I try to do that they never fit and neither does text. It's always too large to fit
my tree. I've tried everything and still can't get pictures or text to work.

You HAVE to use really small pictures. I spent a lot of time in PikoPixel trying to get the pictures to look good. I then spent a lot of time trying each font on my system to find a font that looked good rotated 90 degrees in a very small type face. Most fonts don't.
I uploaded the whole thing to:

if you want to take look. You'll have to search/replace in the XML the directory for the images. (one of the things on my todo for next year is to get that full path out of there)

The boys must be stoked to see their suggestion on the lights!
A couple of tweaks I would make are you have the same direction on each of your "chase" items and your arches throughout the whole song. Vary it up to come the middle out, ends to the middle, one direction, no bounce a few things like that as the verses change.
