Title: 220volt dimmer circuit
Post by: esset on December 04, 2015, 03:01:05 PM
I may order componets for this circuit and change the resistors R1 & R2 to fit 12/24 volt dc together with this board that I have several of. http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/27-channel-Easy-DMX-LED-controller-dmx-decoder-driver/701799_378111925.html (http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/27-channel-Easy-DMX-LED-controller-dmx-decoder-driver/701799_378111925.html) Do you think it will work or does anyone have a better solution?

I answer myself, it will probably not work since the DMX board use PWM as output. Result should be blinking lamps.

Found a dimmer board that support PWM. https://www.tindie.com/products/thewp122/ac-60hz50hz-phase-controller-dimmer-board-arduino-compatible-2/ (https://www.tindie.com/products/thewp122/ac-60hz50hz-phase-controller-dimmer-board-arduino-compatible-2/)
