Title: cant get them lit

Ok why does every strand of pixels that connect to a output on the alphapix controller leave the first five pixels off? I can turn them on with the testing function of the controller. but I can not get them to light in a sequence. attached is my model the first universe the first strip of lights and the setup page.

So I uplugged the LOR dongle to the computer so LOR was not getting any input, and now ten pixels of every strip of lights, that is the strip with wire running to the output of the controller is not lit.
