Title: Lynx Dongle setup

I tried to setup a lynx dongle in xLights and it was on Com12 in device manager.  In xLights Com1-9 look normal but Com12 is:

\\.\Com12

Is this correct?

My usb dongle is set up for com 3  and all it shows on the dropdown menu is com3 none of the slashes and such in front like you have.

That's what I'm puzzled by.  1-9 show normal 10-20 are goofy.  Another pic is attached.

Can you force your dongle to com9 or less?

Thanks.  I used this link to show unused ports and remove them down to Com3 which I assume will work.
