What is the difference between 1903 and 2811 pixels. I have the choice of both and am not sure which ones to go for.
-
I would also like to hear or see what the difference is. I see a lot of the 1903 popping up on Aliexpress and sites like that. One vendor told me that they were the new pixel and that was the way to go. I think the Falcon controller supports them, but unsure of the difference from a 2811. So , anybody Know / have an opinion etc...?
Thanks

Yep, just like 2811.

I guess a better question might be what the difference.
-
Almost everyone uses 2811 so why not just buy that and be happy. If you don't know the difference why worry about it?

Hate to bump an old thread, but...
Does this mean, if I get some 1903 pixels, I can set the controller for 2811 and they will work fine?
Just need to verify this before I make a expensive decision.

Yes, that is what that means. 3-wire protocol, works as if it was WS2811.
