I was setting up my View configurations for my timing and the system crashed. When I restarted the House Preview would not load. The Model Preview works fine. What happened? What can I do?

Probably need to reset the perspectives. We currently don't have a way to do that in the GUI so you need to close xLights and manually edit the xlights_rgbeffects.xml file in your show directory and just delete the entire <Perspectives> section and it will reset to the defaults.

I deleted the <Perspectives> info from the xml file, saved and then started the application. Same issue.
I have exported my models. Could I install over this and import the models? Will the props be in the same place?

An install isn't going to touch that file. What do you mean by the House Preview would not load? I assumed you meant the window is not visible so that's the instructions I gave to fix it. If so then maybe it wasn't deleted properly.

Correct, it does not show.

All fixed! I deleted the Default Perspective from the GUI and restarted. Thanks for your help.
