Title: 2016.5 not saving correctly

Sean just downloaded 2016.5 went to render one of my older sequences that I used last year, took 2 minutes and 13 seconds to render and 2 minutes and 13 seconds to save it, it also added effects when I did a data layer import of the LMS file doesn't seem to import correctly
