Title: Crash in 2016.8 after select model group & replaying from start

Just got a crash after selecting a model group and replaying from the start of the sequence.    I tried to attach the debug report, but I must have done something wrong after the crash box came up, because the debug files are not there...   Arrgh.  I figured I would report the crash anyway.   If it happens again, I'll make sure I get the debug report saved!!
