Title: adding model to existing layout

Hi
I am trying to add a model of a circle to my existing layout, but not having any luck. I click on models, then new, then name it circle 1, select to display as "circle", set the start channel, then hit "ok", then "save" . But it will not show up in my layout screen (to move around and set it in position ). I do not know what "center %" means so I leave it at 1, and also I dont know what "circle sizes (outer to inner)" is asking specifically ( is it wanting to know the circle diameter, in inches? )...so I leave it blank. I have the latest version of xlights. Any ideas on why the circle will not show up in my layout screen?
