Title: 2016_16 control lights doesn't seem to work

I just downloaded and installed version 2016 .16 I noticed two things I can't seem to control lights and as somebody else mentioned the scrolling text doesn't seem to work. the output to light icon is missing. I also noticed the render all icon is missing. I reverted back to version 2016.14 and used my backup files now it's not not showing the waveform and the timing marks when I open my sequences

Reset your toolbar or simply undock the toolbar and the buttons should reappear.

Grab the tool windows, left click and move them a little and then put them back (BTW, you can arrange these windows to suit your style). When undocked and re-docked the icons get resized and the missing icons will come back.

Or you goto the Settings menu, select Reset Toolbars, and restart the program.

I just manually moved the five separate little tool bars on the top. Give them a little space between and the "missing" items reappear.

I'm back to 2016 .14 and have everything up and running again except for a problem while trying to convert to an LMS file.
