I am pretty sure it would be auto scroll but I have attached a video of what I am talking about.

It will not auto scroll. You can only "work" in the visible portion. So, you will need to zoom out to place a long effect.

We started with some type of auto-scroll right before I joined.  I think they disabled it because it got annoying.  It's something you think you want until you have it and realize the other problems it causes.

OK I see, the zoom in and out works well after you get the hang of it.
