Title: House Preview doesn't always come up in sequencer

Perhaps a user error on my part here...    I am clicking the house preview on & off in the sequencer window as I develop stuff and sometimes the house preview just stops opening up.   When I close xlights then re-open, I can again view my sequence on the house preview.   Is there maybe something I am doing wrong here????

We know about this issue.  It stated after we upgraded to wxWidgets 3.1.  Just click over to another application and then back to xLights and then it will work.  Try closing it with the button and don't use the red X to close the panel.

You may also be able to just click on another panel then the button.
