Title: trying to get ctb16pc lor controller in dmx mode

The controller is a CTB16pcG3 - v5
Everything I've read and watched says I need to change the firmware to 4.20 or higher.  So I went to LOR and got what was offered  When I try to download it into the controller it says (Load failed, Not correct firware).  The only one I can get to load is CTB16PG2-v1_06.LHX.  Is this the right one?

If u have a gen 3 u shouldn't have to change the firmware

Thank you it is a gen 3.  I rebuilt my cross over cable and it works perfectly now.

 And if u have a falcon f16 u don't need cross over cable
