Title: Problems with QM Vamp in Windows 10

I know this isn't an X-Lights problem because I get the same error with QM Vamp in Audacity.  I used QM Vamp in Xlights last year while sequencing in Xlights in win7.  I like many others have taken advantage of the free win 10 upgrade.  Reluctant at first but I bit the bullet and am surprised that most of the software and hardware that I use runs flawlessly.  However as stated above QM Vamp creates and error message in both Xlights and Audacity which shuts both software processes down whenever I attempt to access timings.  If I remove it from the program files directory the error and crash issue goes away leading me to believe it is specific to QM Vamp.  Has anyone had recent success using QM Vamp timings while running Win 10?

Using QM Vamp OK on Win 10 with both Audacity and xLights, on 2 different PCs.
I did have an issue with the latest version of QM Vamp but version on xLights release page is OK

I agree v1.7 seems fine. V1.71 has some issues

Thanks guys, I removed the new version and loaded the version posted on the Xlights software page and it's working fine   ;D
