Title: Sparkles in any other color other than White

Is it possible to turn on sparkles in another color other than white?   Say I am doing a white pattern and I want to sparkle in red.  Thanks for your help.

Not with the Sparkles slider.  I'd overlay a Twinkle effect with the color you want.

I like to use the strobe effect so I can control the duration

I will try both of those.  Maybe that gives me a chance to change intensity during a passage.
