So I was having the hardest time getting xlights to work with my pixlite until I figured out the fact I had virtual network adapters from a VM.  For some reason xlights was only outputing to them as opposed to the actual connection.  While a feature to select which network xlights outputs to it might be worth just putting in a small note to disable any virtual network devices.  Once I did that it worked like a charm.

There is something in check sequence in v50 or maybe upcoming in v51 which tells you which local ip will be used to send out the pixel data. It's not perfect but it helps. I have looked into options to enumerate adapters etc but there does not seem to be any easy way to do this that will work across Windows/Linux/Mac.
