Title: Timing pinwheel Effect to music

I have a few props that I need circular Effect on and when using the pinwheel effect I get what I need except for I can't time it to the music is there any trick that can be used for this? This effect only allows you to change the speed but only in whole numbers. It doesn't go by Cycles or rotations like other effects do.

Use the Fan effect and it can be set to do a specific number of rotations during the duration you define for the effect.

I've done that but it doesn't have the look that I want. Is there a way to get each arm to have its own color like the pinwheel?

Yes but with Fan the number of colors divide each blade so set the number of blades to 1 and make the width 100% and then you will get equal spacing of each blade for each color.

Thanks I'll try that when I get home. That might have been one of the combinations I tried, if I recall there wasn't a gap between the colors. I'll try that again maybe with setting black as every other color. Hopefully the pinwheel will have a few more options in future releases?
