i have confirmed that my equipment is working through vixen. i am trying to convert my vixen sequences to xlights. it is not adding all of m models and there is no output to the lights. i have added a log file here to see if someone can assist. thanks in advance

Focus on getting xlights to work with your controllers first. Create a new sequence and simply add an on effect on specific models. You can also test using tools/test. If your lights don't work using these procedures then the Vixen to xlights conversion is irrelevant.
After this works, you can focus on the conversion. How are you converting?

it is not working in test mode either, out put to lights is turned on. this is the same setup i have used for the last 2 years with the same computer that hasn't moved from it's location. all connections and software is the same other than updating xlights and windows 10. works fine in vixen so i know it's not a hardware issue other than something in xlights set up which i haven't figured out so i posted here.
as for the conversion, i am using the convert tab under tools and pulling the .vix sequence from the vixen folder and converting to .xseq output. i then start to assign the appropriate model. i am in process now of watching webinar series on you tube to see if i've missed anything.
