Is there a way to stop the model popup in the test selection window. I like to create different groups to use for when I testing new lights or building new props. One example is I have a selection saved that lights up every other 5th node as green and every 10th node as red as this makes it easy to count nodes on a string before or after I cut or splce stuff. The model window pops up and obscures the ability to see the selection boxes. You can click someplace else or wait and the box eventually goes away, but it sure slows things down.
Also there are two numbers at the end of each line in parens. Would like for one number to be the node number and one number to be the channel number. Currently they are both the channel number.

It's on my todo list.

I'll be watching for this fix. Thanks I love the ability to click a model, but I have found other things very useful such as when I want to cut a new 100 node string into a 60 / 40 split I have a preset that turns on the first 60 pixels. Then I mark the wire, power off and cut. Same for other common lengths like 48 for the Boscoyo snowflakes, etc. I keep my spare controller in my workshop and test everything starting at channel 1.

I haven't removed the tooltip but fixed the bug that makes it display too many items

I did not want the tooltip removed, just moved away from the column of channels so I can continue to click on other channels. Now if you can get the channel and node numbers fixed it will be perfect.

What's wrong with channel and node numbers?
-
The node and channels numbers are showing as the same number see picture
It should be assuming chan then node or vice versa
chan 1 node 1
chan 2 node 1
chan 3 node 1
chan 4 node 2
chan 5 node 2
etc
There are 3 channels for every node

Who said the 2nd number was the node number. One is the xlights channel number and the other is the universe channel number.

I've never seen any docs on what the numbers mean, but in the old version of test the node numbers were given. I never use universe channel numbers so I would never have thought of that. When looking at a string I do consider how many nodes I am dealing with.
