I have tried everything that I can read to set this open but can't figure it out. I have two 50 count smart pixel nodes that outline my upper and lower gutters. Total 100 nodes on the upper gutters and 100 nodes on the lower gutters. My sandevice is configured output 1 is the upper gutter setup as universe 1 with 300 channels. Output 2 is lower gutter universe 2 with 300 channels. The upper gutter response to everything I tell it to do in xlights but the lower gutters does not. Can someone with me get this to work. Here are all the screen shots of my setup.

When you run a test pattern from the controller, do the lights on output 2 work?

The sandevice needed a hard reset. Even though I have reset it several time before. Thanks for the help. Now I need to figure out how to add 6 LOR controllers to xlights. I believe I need to add a USB to the top of the setup with 96 channels? Then adjust my RGB channels. Do I need to add an element to my layout with those channels? Then after the setup is working import my LOR Sequences into xlights. I know I'm a hot mess with all this but I really want to get this to work and look right for this season. Any help TIA

I created a custom model 1-96 it is basically a matrix
