I have 2 sequences that keep pausing during playback every couple of seconds. All my others are working without issue. I have eliminated network issues and they play fine through xLights with "Output to Lights". Any assistance would be great help since I can't run my show right now from FPP due to the issue.

There is another post stating similar issues. This sounds like a FPP issue, not xlights. I use FPP, but I'm not an expert. I recommend posting at falcon Christmas.

Try a different usb drive on the fpp. Also check the output configuration in fpp - I had similar issues when a universe was defined in fpp that didn't really exist (or was inaccessible) even though it played fine in xlights

Stamp,
Under the Status/Control tab go to FPP Settings.
Under "LOG LEVEL" change it to "WARN" if it is set to something else.
I had the same issue last year and changed that setting and it stopped my pausing issue.
Hope that works.

I've tried, 3 Pi's (B+, 2B+, and 3B), 4 USB stick, 2 SD Cards, and the network is identical to xLights.
Will try changing the log setting.

I had the same problem early in my testing, I had everything set up with unicasting and was going to universes that did not exist yet. Once I turn off the universes that were not connected yet everything worked

Agreed, warning pointed out that as it turns out when you use the FPP upload in xLights it also creates entries for each model in the Pixel Overlay. Warning pointed out one of them was invalid, but it did not resolve the issue, plus I have been able to ping each and every controller listed in the output setup.

I stand corrected, once I cleared the Overlay Entries out and restart, pause gone.
