Title: Picture - Effects Assist grid resize

The ability to resize the grid in effects assist for pictures. The grid is coupled to the model size and does not allow for the creation of larger pictures. Also the grid squires could be smaller if possible.

The effect assist wasn't meant to be a full featured picture editor.  There are plenty of programs good at that.  By the way feature requests on the forum tend to get forgotten about.  They really need to be on the Github issue list but that doesn't guarantee anyone will code it.
