For those that thought I was ignoring their private messages the truth is I've had private messaging disabled for several months so I haven't been seeing the messages. I was getting too many private requests for help and I'd rather help in public because it usually will benefit several others as well as gives all the others here that are capable of helping a chance at it. Also I might be the wrong developer for the issue so when you post publicly it allows all the developers to look and decide if they can help.

Gil; i also get private messages requesting help. I agree with you it is betetr to post here or on FB/
I know some feel their question might be considered novice, please feel free to post in public.
You post in a public forum or group and
1) You get all the developers, not one helping
2) A bigger reason is you get all the users. We are almost 2000 now. Our users are very helpful.
3) You get more than one perspective, i learn from the various answers i read.
So, please just ask! Many people will help.
