Hello, Newbie here, Tracy from Syracuse,NY
I am planning my first light show for 2017 and am already sequencing which I can do from the warmth of my home. I am planning to purchase two Boscoyo 35" snowflakes and it says on the website that models are available in the forum however I have done a search and cannot find it. Does anyone have this model that would be willing to share? I would really appreciate it

try Wiki then under the custom models tab

I asked James that question and he told me to ask Matt Johnson, since it is really his design. Matt did send me a model, but it's not correct. I do have one that I made but I haven't tested yet (I bought some as well). I'm not able to send right now, but if interested I can later.

Thank you all for your quick responses. The 35" snowflake designed by Matt Johnson is is not in the Wiki Custom Models, I tried the link to the Facebook Group but it says it is a closed group. I have initiated a group join request so I will await the possible approval of that and see what we come up with. Thanks again

Are you buying the hard plastic ones or the coro versions? I have the hard plastic versions but they are 34" not 35".

Ok guess you are getting the coro ones just noticed you had Boscoyo in the title. The file I saw on FB was for the 34" hard plastic ones. Not sure if anyone posted the 35" one with the straight on pixels. You could make a model in about 10 minutes. Just take the picture and put it as the background of a custom model. Fade it down so you can see the numbers. Turn on auto numbering. Use a 200x200 grid. Start clicking where the holes are for the lights.

Gilrock,Thanks for the info. Creating a custom model doesn't really seem bad at all. I'm not really sure however what the numbering order should be. I don't have the snowflakes in my possession yet but I will have to order them I wasn't in that big of a rush because everything I preordered is a couple of months away from receipt

The numbering order just needs to match the order you push them in the holes. If you get a model from someone then you need to populate the pixels in the order of the model you are using.

Here are some models you can look at. One is from Matt, I believe that is the 34". The 35" I modeled from a picture James at boscoyo sent me. I did it just like Gil explained in a previous post. I just received the snowflakes the other day and haven't tested. I may make changes once I test for real. I didn't spend a lot of time on this and I'm not real happy with the sub models, I think I like the way Matt did his better. But, you should get an idea from this.
