Title: Xlights network set up

Hi, I have decided to switch from LOR AC lights to all pixels for this years display. Starting now to get used to X-lights and get the ball rolling being new to Pixels & X-lights. I am hoping you guys can guide me in the right direction with the set up process. I am in the process of building network & layout and want to make sure I am on the right track & if I can avoid some novice mistakes?
Attached is my in-progress network file along with the layout plus Excel file that I am maintaining to keep things simple & documented.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for me.

I didn't load your xml files but did look at your Current Model spreadsheet

First thing I needed to do was "re-sort" your IP Address column to put your controllers (by IP) together.
Having them split up like some where makes it unnecessarily complicated.

Your Start and End channel calculations adjusted automatically.

Your model names may need adjusting since they moved some.
