Title: Is the XL/NC user manual a new thing?

I downloaded 3.4.18 tonight and I noticed there is a user manual on the XL/NC website.   just wondering.... has that always been available and I just never noticed before now or is it new?

It's been there for a while, but the URL may have not been as public as it is now.

I think it would be nice if the forum was altered to have 3 new buttons added to the menu bar:

Home|Wiki|Manual|Download|Help|Search|Profile|MyMessages|Calendar|Members|Logout

I'm not sure if a wiki was created... it was discussed.  If it does exist, a link would say where.
I don't know where the manual can be found.
To find the downloads, I always search out Sean's signature block.

There was a wiki but it seems to have disappeared.

The manual has been around for quite some time. It is unfortunately unfinished. The last chapters that were added I wrote. I think it is on Seans todo list for next year. Anybody want to step up and write some for it I believe would be welcomed.

The manual is listed on the releases page but there currently seems to be a problem connecting to it.

Sean needs to know about that.
