Hello,
I purchased the 6-port E1.31 bridge from you guys and am wondering how I can go about to get my channels re-configured from LOR to DMX. I have two separate LOR networks (because of long distances). You can see the block diagram setup I have in the attached jpeg file.
The LOR DMX channels will be assigned to Universe 9. Can I have two of the ports (from your E1.31 bridge) be Universe 9? Or do I need to have one LOR network be Universe 9 and the other Universe 10?
Can I keep the LOR Unit IDs as-is? Or do I need to have the Unit IDs re-assigned so that I have controller 01 through 0B for each network?

Remember that a DMX universe has 512 channels. So yes you can have both controllers on the same Universe ID, but the channels will need to be set to not overlap.
I would put them on separate universes based on principle of keeping them separate/expansion/etc.

Thank you for your response.
So if I put one LOR network on "Universe 9" and the other network on "Universe 10", do I still need to change the LOR Unit IDs, or what is shown (in the block diagram above) can stay the same?

Here is the LOR file for doing this. You will need to change your unit IDs.

I got xLights to successfully control my LOR controllers over the two networks.
One network is Universe 1, the other Universe 2. I had to modify the LOR IDs so that they are 01 thru 0C (channels 1 thru 192 on Universe 1), as well as LOR IDs 01 thru 0B on Universe 2 (channels 1 thru 310).
Somehow xLights is intelligent enough to know channels 1 thru 310 on Universe 2 is actually channels 511 thru 820.
