Title: issues with 2017.10 32 and 64 bit versions

Found an issue with the 2017.10 32 bit installer - noted that on Sean's post about the new release.

but think I've also found an issue with the 64 bit version.
trying to run xSchedule throws an exception error unless a 32 bit version of xlights is also installed.
