Title: Circle Effect Sizing

I placed the Circle Effect on a whole house model and notice that when setting the size to maximum there is a big difference in sizes if the plasma type is toggled on.  Don't know if this is a bug but it would be great if the sizes could be bigger for non-plasma circles

You can always dial in some Zoom on the Layer Settings panel.
