Title: Sub models within a sub-model?
Post by: richardd on June 02, 2017, 12:53:56 AM
Gday

I have for 4 fans with my arches and I have created a sub-models of the blades (15 Pixels) within the fan being 7 of them and then another sub-model of the bottom row (Fan 1 and 7  (pixel 1-15, 91-105).

My question is is it possible to create a model of all 4 bottoms (already a sub-model)  and then create a further sub-model  to break out the bottom model into horizontal to have a "yard boarder?

Regards
Richard

Nope.  Sub models are not a selectable model with properties so they cannot be sub-divided.  You can create as many sub models of a model as you want and you can create groups of models.  Groups can contain sub models and groups can be nested.  So those are your tools.
