Title: Invalid download

On the downloads page.
the links for the version download goes to a 404 (not valid web address)

2017.16   xLights64_2017_16.exe
                xLights32_2017_16.exe

other links after 2017.10 work correctly

I believe .16 was removed on purpose due to severe problems, but the web page does need to be updated.

that is correct, i removed version 16 (in the last 200 releases i have only removed a version twice).
Ill update web page and indicate "DO NOT USER 2017.16". 16 can corrupt your xlights_rgbeffects.xml file.
