Title: Auto Fill on Meteors

I would like to see a fill at the bottom of the meteors effect settings.
Auto fill and or Speed fill?.
Eg. Start at the top of your house and go downwards, once it reaches the bottom it starts to fill with the color selected by the effect

Have you tried the snowflake effect selecting falling & accumulating or the Garland effect?

If you want to stick with the meteors you can use two layers with the fill effect on the top layer and the meteors affect on the bottom set a value curve ramp on the fill from 0 to 100. The length of your fill effect would have to be shorter than the meteors effect so it doesn't start until the meteors hit the bottom.
