I would like to see a color picker for the Highlight on the Bars Effect.

I do not understand this request. The bars effect lets you select all of its colours. The only think I dont think we let you select is the sparkle colour ... but that is not bars effect specific ... we dont let you select that for any effect type.

There a highlight checkbox that when enabled, creates a small band of white on the lead edge of the colors you select.  I believe he's asking to be able to allow that color be user selectable, versus being only white.
