Title: Bad wiki link

Bad wiki link.  In the wiki is a link to the latest manual - but it gives a 404 page not found error.

I know the manual is not current, but the link should still point to the last available manual or the link should be deleted.

It doesn't look like I can edit the Wiki so it must only be admins.
