Title: Change timing of liquid effects

Hi all - just wondering if it's possible to delay the start/stop time for the 2,3 and 4 options in liquid. I would like to delay the start on these but cant see a way. I can do it with layers but then they don't interact with the other layers. Same with off time for them.
