When I make a group and attempt to select the sides of a window, the pixels aren't correct; i.e. it selects pixels around the corner to the next side. I know I've screwed something up, but am not sure what...
Please help.

If your windows are 7,19,7 why do you have them in xlights as 5,21,5?
-
So looks like your submodel definitions are wrong. Based on the channel count shown you defined the top and bottom as 10 pixel and the sides as 17 pixels.

Well... that's the only way to get the pixel count in the model on each side to match my windows. Regardless of the dimensions, why are they not lining up when I select a particular side? The dimensions shouldn't matter on that account.

You are not showing us key pieces to know what's wrong. You don't show your submodel definition and you don't show what you mean by "select a particular side". How are you selecting a side?

are the start channels right for each segment?

what I'm seeing is nodes 5 and 21
ok math time nodes x channels +1 next start channel
5 x 3 =15 take any start channel that's there add 15 nothing works
same holds true for the 21 that's 63 nothing adds up.
am I missing something
start channels would be 4597 4612 4675 4690 end channel 4752
start channels are set for 10/16/10

your model is a 7/19/7
start channels will be
4597 4654 4675 4732 end channel 4752
